Fedex finally arrived yesterday with two boxes full of Scandinavian Stitches! You can see that we were thrilled, can't you! I have the book listed in my etsy shop now, so if you would like a signed copy this is your chance! Note that this book ships from Finland so if you're living outside Europe and want to save a buck on shipping you'd better get your book on amazon :) However they will not ship until mid November, therefore I won't do my little promotion blog tour until that, but there will be a chance to win copies of the book, Syko holiday cards and maybe a free pattern...right in time for Christmas! More news about that in November!
And for those of you who are waiting for my original tomte softies to appear in the shop - I will start stitching faces right now and have a gang listed tomorrow, thanks for being so patient! The kids are on a little holiday at the in-laws so I can sew all night if I like (don't worry I won' t, we'll go to the local Chinese and watch a movie afterwards :) I thought I would be showing pictures from my son's birthday party on Wednesday, but everything went so fast so I never had a chance to get my camera. Partying with 5 year olds is very...intense! The cake was very pretty.
Have a lovely weekend! I will look at the beautiful colours through the window and ignore the fact that it's raining and freezing outside.
*edit* jojoebi recommends The Book Depository for buying books on-line, they've got free shipping worldwide, ain't that great!
