Pieni kamari is a lovely little toy shop in the town of Jyväskylä. The shop owner called me one day and asked me if I have something new for her. Her customers appreciated the Syko owl cushions last Autumn so I decided to make her a couple of bunny cushions for Easter and Spring, I hope they will be liked! I will make one for my Etsy shop too, I will list it in my shop later this week.
I have a lot of ideas all the time, but I think the one above must be my brightest ever ;) I will never ever sew a button-hole on a cushion anymore as long as I can find abandoned cotton shirts. Even if the guy I share my life with does not use shirts every day and he is a trendsetter (hej T!), they are very unlikely to go out of fashion. Shirts are usually very well-made and of good quality so they are great to reuse, as long as it's cotton! A good bonus is the pocket, you really need somewhere to put your hand while watching scary movies, don't you?
And then the kids came home and wanted to make some bunnies too, bun-nies, I mean. Very tasty! We're well prepared for Easter it seems!
åh, vad finurligt med skjortan!
allt gott för helgen!

Fabulous idea with the shirt Kajsa!!!! Very cute bunny pillow too! Keep inspiring me... I need it right now as I am not yet comfortable or quite unpacked in my new sewing room yet!

Those bunnies are the bomb, and I love the cushion, you always inspire me. A question though, do you print off your logo for your goods, or do you send away for them?
