Do you remember the birds I made for Easter last year? I've turned them into bullfinches to fit the cold season (although I am so ready for Spring!). I'm sharing this easy little pattern today at Sew,Mama,Sew! so head over there if you're not as fed up with birds as the Portlandians. Put a bird on it (youtube) is a sketch from an American TV series called Portlandia that apparently mocks with stereotypes in Portland, Oregon (and some global trends too!). Even if I'm guilty as charge for putting birds on things, I thought this was hilarious. I will continue putting birds on things too, don't worry :)
Thanks for sharing your pattern. I have a baby sister who loves birds and modified your design slightly to make it into a 2d applique for a shirt for a birthday gift. Thanks again!

Det är bra, att du syr domherrar för jag har sett inga här i Kuopio! Kanske måste jag också sy några...
